Welsh XC teams

Cardiff AAC is well represented in two Welsh international cross country teams just announced.

The Cardiff Cross Challenge, to be held at Blackweir on 17th January, is the first major cross country event of the year and incorporates an international match.

The Welsh team includes Andrew Hunt, Nat Lane, Bethan Strange, Vikki Jackson, Michelle Allen and Natalie Allen.

Details of the Welsh team for Cardiff are:

Senior Men: Andrew Hunt and Nat Lane.
Senior Women: Bethan Strange.
Junior Women: Vikki Jackson, Michelle Allen and Natalie Allen.

The first event is at 11.00am and the final race is at 3.30pm.

Wales will also be travelling to take part in the Antrim International on 23 January and the team includes six Cardiff athletes.

Under 20 Men: Adam Bitchell.
Under 17 Men: Michael Ward.

Under 23 Women: Michelle Allen.
Under 20 Women: Vikki Jackson.
Under 17 Women: Lucy Harvey.
