Mike Johnson off to Prague

Cardiff's Mike Johnson represents Wales in the Prague International 10k Road Race this Saturday.

Mike is part of the strongest Welsh Road Team for some years, with all four men having run sub 30 minutes for the distance and will take confidence from his superb third place in the Cardiff 10k last Sunday, where his fitness showed as he left the chasing group in the final seconds.

Cardiff's Tom Marshall is unfortunate to miss out, with selection having taken place before his groundbreaking run last weekend. Cardiff young gun Leah Dixon tackles an International field in the ladies 5k, with her team also looking strong for the trip.
